For purchases made by customers residing in any country belonging to the EU which are exempt from this payment, they should be sent by fax
or e-mail the following accreditation before purchasing: a copy of the certificate of I.V.A. or N.I.F. or V.A.T. and copies of
their National Identity Card (or Passport-equivalent) according to the country, to deduct the appropriate tax. The customer pays the full
amount with I.V.A. (V.A.T.) and then, when we proceed shipment, we will refund the amount. this will happend in the case of card payments or transfer.
In case of no refund this considerations are not needes.
Prices
The prices of items in the store include V.A.T. Do not include shipping costs. Prices are updated daily and any changes that may occur in them are not reported.

The credit card payments are made through "Cyberpac", the safe service of La Caixa.
- We accept cash on delivery; the price of the product and the commission charged by the carrier for this service (3.00% in Spain; In other countries you shoud make a query) must be paid by the customer upon receiving the product.
- We accept also PayPal payments; The conditions of this kind of payment are the standart in PayPal operations.
This method has a 3,5% tax which corresponds to the paypal fee charged for using their service.

Shipping
Shipping charges are not included in the sale price of each item, but at the time of payment you will can find that Shipping charges appears in one of the steps of this operation.
ROI-Import shipments take place, preferably with the transport company that operates at the time. In case of samll packages is small we could choose to send through "Correos" (Spanish mail service) if the customer would agree.
Delivery time
The products will be sent in 2 to 6 days, approximately, from the confirmation of payment (in case of shipping to Spain or Portugal. If youīre in other country ask for Delivery time; nevertheless this time shouldīt be far superior to a week). The recepcion time will depend on type of shipping selected.
Products "Under Order"
Some products like great scale planes, are not habitually in stock due to their expensive prices and low demand. This products appear (in the section "Availability" in the bottom of the product description) like "Products Under Order".
The registred customer can buy they as produts out of stock. Customer must pay the product and after that, ROI-Import will order to the corresponding warehouse or manufacturer. When we have recived the product, immediately we will send it
to custmomer. The shipping time obviously will depend on the product; it isnīt the same to order something to any country in the European Union, that order a item to China or Australia, to put an illustrative example.

Warranty and Returns
The customer must check the status of the package in the moment of reception, and in case this have clearly an anomaly, this fact should be reported to haulage contractor,
make the oportune photo or photos and report us (in a period not exceeding 24 hours after receipt) by an e-mail to info@roi-import.com or telephone number provided by the store.
If the abnormality is in the content, and that is not a result of incorrect handling by the recipient of the shipment, the customer must notify (in a period not exceeding 7 working days from the receipt of the package) as "Law 7/1996 of January 15 for management of retail." indicates for this case.
ROI-Import will change the product for a new or proceed to a full refund. The customer assumes the shipping costs of returnnig the package.
If this requirements werenīt fulfill, ROI-Import S.L. will be exempted from any liability.
In case that ROI-Import S.L. believes that periods coudntīn be keeped, we will offer to the customer
a solution or an alternative that satisfies both parts as a refund of the amount, a discount or similar alternatives.
